Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Zero-3 Company. 

Eligibility:
a. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
b. Returns will not be accepted for the following items:
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
Personalized or customized items.
Perishable goods.
Gift cards.

Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service team at +961-76009900 to request a return authorization (RA) number.
b. Pack the item/s securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
c. Include the RA number on the return packaging.
d. Ship the item/s back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:
a. Once we receive your return and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
b. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item/s returned, excluding any shipping fees, within +961-76009900 business days of receiving the return.

Exchanges:
a. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item/s on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Restocking Fee:
a. A restocking fee may apply to certain returns, particularly for items that are returned in a used or damaged condition.
b. We reserve the right to withhold a restocking fee from your refund if applicable.

Exceptions:
a. Zero-3 Company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are not in compliance with our return policy.
b. Returns received after the specified return period may be subject to a restocking fee or may be refused.
