Zero-3 - Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling an order with Zero-3 Company.
Eligibility:
a. Orders may be eligible for cancellation if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
b. Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation, as production may begin shortly after the order is placed.
How to Cancel:
To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

b. Provide your order number and any relevant details about the order you wish to cancel.
c. If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process the cancellation and provide confirmation to you via email.
Refunds for Canceled Orders:
a. If your order is successfully canceled before it has been processed or shipped, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
b. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within +961-76009900 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
Exceptions:
a. Zero-3 Company reserves the right to refuse cancellations for orders that have already been processed or shipped.
b. Orders for customized or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
